1. Order Placement & Processing
1.1. Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, it is immediately sent for execution through our automated system.
1.2. Due to the instant nature of SMM (Social Media Marketing) services, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been initiated.
1.3. Please review your order details carefully before submitting any request.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
The service was not delivered at all due to a technical issue on our end.
The order was partially completed, and the remaining amount qualifies for a partial refund based on undelivered units.
The service purchased was incorrectly charged due to a system error.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Incorrect username, URL, or account details provided by the user.
Change of mind after placing the order.
Drop in followers/views/likes after the service has been marked as “Completed.”
Delays caused by social media platform changes, updates, or downtime.
Violation of platform policies or misuse of the services.
3. Refund Processing
3.1. Eligible refunds will be credited only to your Brainbuzz wallet as balance for future use, unless otherwise stated.
3.2. If a refund is approved to the original payment method, it will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway’s policies.
3.3. Any payment gateway fees or transaction charges are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Orders that are pending or not yet processed may be canceled upon written request via brainbuzz2711@gmail.com
4.2. Orders already marked as “In Progress” or “Completed” cannot be canceled.
4.3. In cases of system failure or service unavailability, Brainbuzz reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund or wallet credit.
5. Chargebacks
5.1. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services is a violation of our terms and may result in permanent account suspension.
