1.1. All services provided by Brainbuzz.in — including likes, followers, views, comments, reach, engagement, and other promotional activities — are delivered online via the respective social media platforms.
1.2. Since these are intangible, digital goods, there is no physical product or courier shipment.
2. Service Delivery Timeline
2.1. Once the order is successfully placed and payment is received, the service is automatically queued for delivery.
2.2. Typical delivery time varies based on the service type and quantity ordered:
Small Orders: Within 1–6 hours
Medium Orders: Within 6–24 hours
Large Orders or Custom Campaigns: Within 1–5 business days
2.3. Delivery times may vary depending on server load, platform algorithms, or third-party network delays.
3. Delivery Confirmation
3.1. All order updates, status changes, and completion notifications are available in your Brainbuzz dashboard under the “Orders” section.
3.2. Once an order is marked as “Completed”, the service is considered successfully delivered.
3.3. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of completion to be reviewed by our team.
4. Incorrect or Delayed Deliveries
4.1. In case the service is not delivered within the specified time, please contact brainbuzz2711@gmail.com with your Order ID.
4.2. If a technical error or delay occurs from our side, we will ensure priority redelivery or provide a partial refund (as per our Refund Policy).
5. Order Tracking
5.1. For each order, you can view:
Real-time progress
Remaining balance (for partially delivered services)
Status updates such as Pending, Processing, or Completed
5.2. No physical tracking number (like courier services) applies since all services are digital.
